All time sensitive material will be given appropriate priority and published as quickly as possible.
The site's title page may contain notations such as 'designed using..., powered by...' , optimized for...'and 'best viewed with MS-Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator' and include those company's appropriate logo and links for obtaining the latest versions of their browser software. When any content is rendered in PDF format, a notation saying 'the Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view that content' and Adobe's logo will be included. I have already secured the appropriate permissions from those companies. The software referred to is offered free to the general public by those companies. This also applies to any content requiring visitors to have specific applications installed on their computers (such as Windows Media Player, Real Player, QuickTime, Shockwave and Flash)
You are responsible for securing appropriate permissions to use any other's trademarked or copyrighted materials.
I would be designated as the Master Administrator with sole direct access to any editing/posting/publishing of the website.
One web-based email box is designated to me as the webmaster (you still have six).
The working/editable copy of the website remains in my sole possession.
NorseWorks will not publish any items which are morally questionable, derogatory in nature, promote prejudices or advocate illegal activity.
NorseWorks will not publish any items containing spy bots, trackers, viruses or any item requiring site visitors to lower the security of their computers, browsers, firewalls etc to be able to view the item properly.
NorseWorks recognizes the legitimate use of certain cookies, but will insist that all site visitors are well aware of their presence and intended purpose.
NorseWorks reserves the right to include your website in it's portfolio and invite potential clients to visit/view your site for the purpose of promoting NorseWorks.
