Cost Structure

NorseWorks operates on an annual subscription basis. One set fee which covers everything for one calendar year.
The fee is nonrefundable and based on the reasonable expectation of website complexity for the life of the subscription.
Offering retail sales of goods and/or services (e-commerce) or including external commercial advertising on your website will increase the fee to NorseWorks.
The terms of payment to NorseWorks is fifty percent up front. That is the generally accepted industry standard. The remainder is due and payable within the first six months of the annual subscription, incremented at your convenience or as specifically agreed upon between you and NorseWorks.
Any additional fees arising from your request for specialized features (i.e. additional server space, additional web-based email boxes, complex animations/banners/special effects etc) not initially considered, will be due and payable at the time you request such services. Certain additional services involve increased fees to the hosting server company which I must pay immediately. All additional specializations would naturally require considerable extra work on my part to accomplish and publish reasonably quickly.
You reserve the right to cancel, abandon or otherwise terminate the website at your discretion, however the entire fee to NorseWorks remains legally due and payable.
